We provide UPS, FedEx, DHL delivery and Freight services.
All orders placed with ProAction Media will require a signature upon delivery from the authorized purchaser. This is to protect your order from being lost or damaged while in transit and guarantee that you receive your order in full and are completely satisfied with your ProAction Media purchasing experience. Please contact our customer service department if you require special shipping and handling of your order. Most orders received by 2:00pm CST will ship in the same business day. Equipment orders requiring custom configuration may be delayed due to our testing and verification process.
If ordering different products, be aware that each different product may come from one of our many distribution points, therefore some items may be delivered at different dates and times. We make every effort to send your tracking information when made available to is for you convenience. If you have any questions concerning a delivery please contact out customer service department for more information.
Shipping charges are based on the type of shipping service you choose, package weight and shipping zone. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday shipping. We also cannot deliver to a PO Box address due to UPS restrictions. All product deliveries require a signature upon receipt; there will be no exceptions.
To find out the shipping costs for an item or items before placing your order, add the product(s) to your cart and enter your customer information. You will not be required to enter payment information before viewing shipping costs.

At ProAction Media we would like to ensure your shopping experience is completely worry-free. We have made our return policy very simple and straight forward for your convenience. If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping, we'll replace it at no cost to you with one simple call to our customer service team at (877) 593-4261. For returns of any other nature, please read below.
Return claims of any nature must be made within 7 business days after receiving the product. The customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product purchased from ProAction Media. The RMA number can be obtained by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our Customer Service department at (877) 593-4261. Our customer service department will provide you with a RMA number.
The RMA number is valid for 10 business days after we assign it to the customer. After 10 business days the customer will need to email or call ProAction Media to receive a new RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. Product must be in original packaging with original accessories, manuals and registration card in undamaged, clean and brand-new condition. Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty and the RMA Policy. There is a 20% restocking fee for credit returns between 0 to 30 calendar days from the date of invoice. No credit returns after 30 days from the date of the invoice (45 days for international customers).
Special order and/or custom configured items that are special made to the customers' requirements are non-refundable. This no-return policy includes ANY duplication towers, no exceptions unless technical support has deemed the machine as DOA.
ProAction Media offers manufacturer product warranties. For the length of warranty period, some equipment may have available extended warranties. Please refer to the individual product & equipment details.
To request warranty service, you must contact our Customer Technical Support within the warranty period. If warranty service is required, ProAction Media will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). You must ship the products back to the specific manufacturer.
